Please bring river towels as these are not provided.
There are no Lifeguards on duty; swimming is allowed at your own risk - Life rings are provided. Valet Service:

The use of this service is at your own risk. If you have a dietary restrictions and/or special requests; please inform our Front Desk. We may customize your meals; just give us 24 hours’ notice. Booking Terms & Policies:
Procedures 1. Tentative bookings are held for 2 days and then released unless confirmed with the confirmation deposit.
2. Guest must agree to the rental fees including cancellation policy and payment terms.
3. Once agreed, an invoice is sent to guests for payment of deposit DEPOSITS 1. 50% confirmation deposit REQUIRED; Full payment is required for any bookings done for Public Holidays.

Late checkout will attract a fee of J$3,000.00 / us$30.00 (After 12 Noon up to 3pm) Full payment is required at time of arrival.
The total amount for the cabin and spa services (including taxes) will be charged to the credit card provided, upon arrival. **Housekeeping service is provided once per day.

Cabins are checked during the check-in and check-out processes. All our cabins are NON-SMOKING.
A fine of $300.00USD will be charged to your credit card on file: 
If housekeeping notice any evidence of smoking and or pets.
Incidentals such as breakage will be appropriately charged to your credit card. Please note any changes to the arrival date, departure date, and length of stay, cabin type or rate plan of your reservation are subject to prevailing rates and availability at the time the change is requested. Cancellation Policy 1. 15% charge if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival
2. 50% charge if cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival
3. No refund 7 days prior to arrival or no-shows or changes
4. Administration fees to be charged for refund processing, e.g. credit card fees and bank charges
5. No REFUNDS will be given for Gift Certificates , no-shows or changes and/or also public holiday bookings.
